Donato Tinoco came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Léo Velloso could save by the left post. Donato Tinoco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Léo Velloso firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 14th minute, Falcão Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 minutes, Jair Mitov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ and the KAFSONAS F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of KAFSONAS F.C. booed when Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jair Mitov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Makis Zikas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KAFSONAS F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Makis Zikas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Tinoco in the 26th minute of play forced KAFSONAS F.C.'s goalkeeper Léo Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Renato Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Simos Kapataidakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mastur Bandov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Donato Tinoco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Léo Velloso. Donato Tinoco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Léo Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Tinoco in the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Renato Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, KAFSONAS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Silveira came free, but Léo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Francis Beckenbauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Renato Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mastur Bandov was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Léo Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basílio Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Grigoris Rigoulias put in a rough tackle. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KAFSONAS F.C.! Léo Velloso had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Falcão Britto's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Léo Velloso came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Falcão Britto. But to his dismay, Falcão Britto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 71 minutes into the match, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Simos Kapataidakis came free, but Mastur Bandov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KAFSONAS F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kleanthis Basinas in the 72nd minute. Léo Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basílio Silveira in the 76th minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jair Mitov to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind KAFSONAS F.C.'s goalkeeper Léo Velloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Falcão Britto in the 89th minute. Francis Beckenbauer made a great header on Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's corner, it was just that KAFSONAS F.C.'s Léo Velloso managed to reach the ball for a save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ were victorious despite being under pressure from KAFSONAS F.C. for much of the match.
