Fernando Tab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 13th match minute, Barrilete Cósmico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Rico to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico's goal looked a bit too open when 武 曹操 came free, but Fernando Tab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Tab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Verheydt, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Fernando Tab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Verheydt went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Thomas Verheydt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Tab having to make a save. Thomas Verheydt took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Tab. Fernando Tab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 23 minutes, Thomas Verheydt made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Barrilete Cósmico's Fernando Tab tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fernando Tab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Verheydt in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Amador Mundo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Barrilete Cósmico's Conrado Maore got a free kick in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Verheydt in the 32nd minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico's goalkeeper Fernando Tab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Thomas Verheydt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Ubaldo Abeitia put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Tab. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Verheydt in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Tab saved Barrilete Cósmico from getting behind. Rolf Weyand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the game, Thomas Verheydt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Fernando Tab was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Barrilete Cósmico's zone, Thomas Verheydt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Tab came out of the goal and Thomas Verheydt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 48 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's Ubaldo Abeitia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Tab narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Epifanio Orkatz to make the kick off. Fernando Tab made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when 武 曹操 sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Thomas Verheydt put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Tab. Thomas Verheydt took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Tab. Fernando Tab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Fernando Tab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Verheydt went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Barrilete Cósmico defense, Thomas Verheydt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Tab. The Barrilete Cósmico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Tab should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute, Thomas Verheydt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Tab was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. In the 68th minute, Ubaldo Abeitia fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fernando Tab, passed just outside the right post. Barrilete Cósmico's Fernando Tab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Verheydt in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Thomas Verheydt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vampiros Aztecas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. In the 73rd match minute, Barrilete Cósmico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Salvatore to maneuver through the defense. Rolf Weyand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Tab was a little too slow when Thomas Verheydt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-15. 81 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Abeitia notched a goal, 0-17, to the right of Barrilete Cósmico's Fernando Tab. Fernando Tab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ubaldo Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernando Tab stood somewhat misplaced when Thomas Verheydt came free in front of goal and shot 0-18 to the left of him in the 86 minute. If Ubaldo Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernando Tab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Abeitia in the 93rd minute of play. Lucio Rico hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 武 曹操 shot from long distance in the 95th minute, but Fernando Tab was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Verheydt got free with Fernando Tab in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vampiros Aztecas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
