The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cebollitas F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Sigvard Hammarberg scored to the left of an out of position Claude Bermudez, making the score, 1-0. After 7 played minutes Formsvacka FF got a freekick which was hit by Kjell-Arne Bengtsson. Claude Bermudez made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Rikard Lundqvist sent off a good shot on target. Jörn Strömberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Salcedo in the 13th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Formsvacka FF's zone, Olaf Kaczynski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jörn Strömberg came out of the goal and Olaf Kaczynski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Formsvacka FF! In the 25th minute Rikard Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Bermudez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Damian Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörn Strömberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Rosio in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute Santiago Salcedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cebollitas F.C.'s Claude Bermudez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Cebollitas F.C. from getting a goal against them. With his leg Claude Bermudez managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Formsvacka FF's Kjell-Arne Bengtsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Salcedo to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Formsvacka FF got a freekick which was hit by Alvin Viberg. The supporters of Cebollitas F.C. booed when Formsvacka FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell-Arne Bengtsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvin Viberg hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Kjell-Arne Bengtsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formsvacka FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell-Arne Bengtsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claude Bermudez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Kjell-Arne Bengtsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claude Bermudez. Cebollitas F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjell-Arne Bengtsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 69 minutes into the match, Cebollitas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Bengtsson came free, but Claude Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Lundqvist in the 70th minute of play forced Cebollitas F.C.'s goalkeeper Claude Bermudez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 played minutes Cebollitas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gao Yang Wei. Claude Bermudez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Formsvacka FF's Kevin Billing got a free kick in the 78th minute. Formsvacka FF's Jörn Strömberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Formsvacka FF from getting a goal against them. Jörn Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Rosio in the 81st minute of play. After 88 played minutes Damian Rosio rounded Formsvacka FF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-2. Cebollitas F.C.'s Olaf Kaczynski got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Formsvacka FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
