Evaristo Siqueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, STORM's Anton Varlamov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evaristo Siqueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Ediberto Recife charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ediberto Recife the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Ediberto Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaristo Siqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Varlamov in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Denis Lavrentev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evaristo Siqueira. Floripa Lions FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Lavrentev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 32 minutes of play, STORM's Roman Bolshakov made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Siqueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Evaristo Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Lavrentev, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After some careless play in the Floripa Lions FSCMZ defense, Denis Lavrentev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Siqueira. The Floripa Lions FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Siqueira should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Floripa Lions FSCMZ's goalkeeper Evaristo Siqueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Floripa Lions FSCMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Denis Lavrentev scored to the left of an out of position Evaristo Siqueira, making the score, 0-8. Andrey Buznikin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evaristo Siqueira having to make a save. In the 61st minute, Denis Lavrentev made a precise shot to the right of Evaristo Siqueira. Floripa Lions FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. After 64 minutes of play, STORM's Grigoriy Agapov made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Siqueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antonio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredão Castro in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, STORM's Denis Lavrentev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. STORM made a substitution. Filipp Chkalov replaced Raimundo Librado. 77 minutes into the match, Floripa Lions FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Bolshakov came free, but Evaristo Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as STORM's Grigoriy Agapov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evaristo Siqueira. That made the score 0-12 after 78 minutes of play. In the 82nd minute, Kirill Gerasimchuk reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Evaristo Siqueira. The goal made the score 0-13. Floripa Lions FSCMZ's Evaristo Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirill Gerasimchuk in the 88th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Lavrentev got free with Evaristo Siqueira in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Grigoriy Agapov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Evaristo Siqueira made a huge save. After 96 minutes of play, STORM's Grigoriy Agapov made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Siqueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over STORM could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Floripa Lions FSCMZ throughout the match.
