Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Przemyslaw Tscherner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Hoberg United's Louis Bullock got a free kick in the 18th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Joe Sulser in the 20th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Hoberg United's Claudio-Paul Pirinchev. In the 22nd minute, Hoberg United's Balázs Sebes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Przemyslaw Tscherner. Przemyslaw Tscherner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After some careless play in the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- defense, Cintya Palacios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Przemyslaw Tscherner. The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Przemyslaw Tscherner should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tscherner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balázs Sebes. 33 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goal looked a bit too open when Andrey Kovtun came free, but Dida Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Przemyslaw Tscherner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balázs Sebes in the 37th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Balázs Sebes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Przemyslaw Tscherner. That made the score 3-1 in the 37 minute of play. When Balázs Sebes came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Hoberg United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balázs Sebes couldn't finish the play. After 46 played minutes Hoberg United got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Rutenio. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Andrey Kovtun made the kick off in the second half. Cintya Palacios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Przemyslaw Tscherner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Balázs Sebes came free, but Przemyslaw Tscherner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute Balázs Sebes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Tscherner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Przemyslaw Tscherner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balázs Sebes in the 63rd minute of play. Przemyslaw Tscherner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cintya Palacios in the 65th minute of the match. The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gugu Mandrak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balázs Sebes in the 78th minute of play forced Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tscherner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Przemyslaw Tscherner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balázs Sebes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Przemyslaw Tscherner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cintya Palacios in the 85th minute of play. Zé Carlos Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hoberg United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
