After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Ahmet Sefer managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Pantera Azulgrana's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Sefer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolas Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Sefer in the 15th minute of play. Zé Carlos Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Ahmet Sefer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th minute Ahmet Sefer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaltino Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dibag Martinez having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Alan Guimarães in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Pantera Azulgrana's Niceto Burni. Ahmet Sefer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Nicolas Castro made a huge save. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Castro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Válbson Ferraz struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Dibag Martinez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olímpico Blumenau FC. In the 39th minute, Ahmet Sefer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Pantera Azulgrana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. La Pantera Azulgrana's attentive Niceto Burni managed to snatch the ball when Alan Guimarães made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Olímpico Blumenau FC from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Sefer to make the kick off. The supporters of La Pantera Azulgrana booed when Olímpico Blumenau FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Sefer in the 56th minute of play. Ahmet Sefer scored 7-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Castro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolas Castro came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by La Pantera Azulgrana's Ahmet Sefer. But to his dismay, Ahmet Sefer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Castro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. La Pantera Azulgrana's attentive Niceto Burni managed to snatch the ball when Alan Guimarães made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. Ahmet Sefer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Castro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. La Pantera Azulgrana's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
