In the 21st minute, Alexsandro Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes of play, Oakcroft Thrashers's Ingemar Jonasson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Aguiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jörn Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ingemar Jonasson sped through FLA MQ BRASIL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Aguiar. Joel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Holm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of FLA MQ BRASIL:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oakcroft Thrashers:s goal. FLA MQ BRASIL:s Joel Aguiar showed great skill when he stopped Ingemar Jonasson:s penalty. 35 minutes into the game, Oakcroft Thrashers's Ingemar Jonasson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Aguiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Oakcroft Thrashers. Ingemar Jonasson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joel Aguiar. 0-5. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind FLA MQ BRASIL's goalkeeper Joel Aguiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

FLA MQ BRASIL's Joel Aguiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save FLA MQ BRASIL from getting a goal against them. Joel Aguiar was a little too slow when Jörn Holm got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-6. Harry Ekeberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Joel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Holm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Betinho Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FLA MQ BRASIL's protests and gave Betinho Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes FLA MQ BRASIL got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Sousa. The crowd rose to their feet as Jörn Holm kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joel Aguiar. That made the score 0-8 in the 64 minute of play. With splendid footwork Ingemar Jonasson arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-9 by the left pole in the game's 67th minute. Oakcroft Thrashers's Harry Ekeberg pulled a muscle in his leg after 70 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Luís Fabiano Freire fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FLA MQ BRASIL's protests and gave Luís Fabiano Freire a yellow card for diving instead. Oakcroft Thrashers made a substitution. Jesper Browald replaced Harry Ekeberg. Luís Fabiano Freire hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Anders Andersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Joel Aguiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingemar Jonasson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-11 to the left of a surprised Joel Aguiar 79 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anders Andersson got free with Joel Aguiar in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Oakcroft Thrashers's Ingemar Jonasson in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Joel Aguiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FLA MQ BRASIL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Oakcroft Thrashers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
