The supporters of Inter Gala booed when Vaz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Souto came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vladimiro Medeiros could save by the left post. 19 minutes into the match, Vaz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mendonça came free, but Vladimiro Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaz FC's Vladimiro Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Mendonça in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Edgar Souto notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Vaz FC's Vladimiro Medeiros. Dênis Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Inter Gala's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
