In the 3rd match minute, Rank 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Curtis to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Tuleiu in the 5th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Eusebiu Tuleiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Hagström was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. A collision led to FC Inter Sibiu getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Dragoş Bitang hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Vesterberg in the 10th minute of play forced FC Inter Sibiu's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredric Åhman kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Marcus Hagström made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Frank Melis sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conny Vesterberg in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastián Sosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Rank 1 getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Björn Skog hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes Rank 1 got a freekick which was hit by Östen Unesson. Lucrețiu Hrib struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marcus Hagström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Inter Sibiu. 26 minutes into the match, Rank 1's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Moșanu came free, but Marcus Hagström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mustafa Anıl Kayansel kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Frank Melis made a precise shot to the right of Marcus Hagström. Rank 1's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 32nd match minute, Rank 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Unesson to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Lucrețiu Hrib got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute Pompiliu Cordescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Hagström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Tuleiu in the 38th minute of the match. Frank Melis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Marcus Hagström made a huge save. Rank 1's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Frank Melis scored to the left of an out of position Marcus Hagström, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Conny Vesterberg made a kick off. Fabiano Antonini hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Rank 1's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Melis came free, but Marcus Hagström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dick Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, FC Inter Sibiu's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Antonini came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Eusebiu Tuleiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Hagström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Inter Sibiu were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Rank 1's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucrețiu Hrib took the corner. 65 minutes into the game, FC Inter Sibiu's Dragoş Bitang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcus Hagström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Thanks to some nice moves Dick Lindgren could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Sebastián Sosa however easily saved by the left post. FC Inter Sibiu's Remus Enătescu was substituted for Frank Melis. FC Inter Sibiu's Sorin Manciu was substituted for Pompiliu Cordescu. FC Inter Sibiu made a substitution. Kajetan Madajczyk replaced Dragoş Bitang. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Inter Sibiu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fredric Åhman was slow to take the kick. During this time Rank 1's players had a chance to rest. After 76 minutes Rank 1's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucrețiu Hrib who took care of the corner kick. Sorin Manciu made a great header on FC Inter Sibiu's corner, it was just that Rank 1's Marcus Hagström managed to reach the ball for a save. Gică Costandache hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. FC Inter Sibiu's Ivan Moșanu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gösta Beckman in the 96 minute of the game. Mustafa Anıl Kayansel kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. FC Inter Sibiu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
