The audience thought a goal was coming when Gösta Lundberg got free with Jean Van Damme in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Jean Van Damme successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gösta Lundberg in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean Van Damme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time.
