An unexpectedly hard shot by Shao Xi Ran in the 5th minute of play forced Clapham Rovers's goalkeeper Ennio Orsini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Adrian Moss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TAVIRA FC's Shao Xi Ran shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 9th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ennio Orsini but with some difficulty. Ennio Orsini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Sousa in the 14th minute. Ennio Orsini came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by TAVIRA FC's Shao Xi Ran. But to his dismay, Shao Xi Ran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Clapham Rovers's Ennio Orsini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shao Xi Ran in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of TAVIRA FC booed when Clapham Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasey Griggs didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Clapham Rovers getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Justino Arixo hit a great ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Clemente Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TAVIRA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ennio Orsini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shao Xi Ran's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Ennio Orsini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shao Xi Ran, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Che Campion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléberson Mendonça in the 37th minute of the match. Che Campion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléberson Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shao Xi Ran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Shao Xi Ran charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shao Xi Ran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 61 minutes of play, TAVIRA FC's Cristiano Sousa made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ennio Orsini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Shao Xi Ran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Cristiano Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Orsini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jools Holland in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Che Campion, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Che Campion made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Jools Holland sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Clapham Rovers's goalkeeper Ennio Orsini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Che Campion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jools Holland in the 93rd minute of the match. Shao Xi Ran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ennio Orsini having to interfere.
