Zhuang Jun Di made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Santos in the 39th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Prospero Sandaili made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Dep. Rengo y Ricota F. C got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Di Pasquale. In the 59th minute Prospero Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonsinho Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pedro Moraes fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fala Sério FC's protests and gave Pedro Moraes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dep. Rengo y Ricota F. C booed when Fala Sério FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Azevedo got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground.
