Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Bingham in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Nardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Nathaniel Orlinsky got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Lukáš Katačić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukáš Katačić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leo Bingham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emmanuel Stroh was the one to do the kick off. Lukáš Katačić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Ianni kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Lukáš Katačić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Florida Gulf Coast were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Stowe City side.
