If Matt Briggs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukáš Katačić in the 55th minute of play forced Stowe City's goalkeeper Kaj Helström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Nardo made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Niles Crane sent off a good shot on target.
