The corner ended in Bai Kun Yang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 辽宁国际队's 吕景沙 did a great save. The corner led Voyager Soccer Team's Bai Kun Yang to fire away a dangerous shot which 吕景沙 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, 潘凡旭 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 辽宁国际队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Voyager Soccer Team the free kick. After 11 played minutes 辽宁国际队 got a freekick which was hit by 潘凡旭. The Voyager Soccer Team fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Voyager Soccer Team's Piotr Rybak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice moves Dênis Marques could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which 吕景沙 however easily saved by the left post. Waldemar Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 韩明铮 in the 26th minute of play. 吕景沙 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Rybak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Voyager Soccer Team's Dênis Marques slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 吕景沙. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. 吕景沙 came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Voyager Soccer Team's Dênis Marques. But to his dismay, Dênis Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 44th match minute, 辽宁国际队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 顾旭昆 to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Voyager Soccer Team's Cezary Ankiewicz got a free kick in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, 辽宁国际队's 许迅适 broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 顾旭昆 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 吕景沙 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Rybak, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Voyager Soccer Team's goal looked a bit too open when 韩明铮 came free, but Waldemar Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Alun Harmon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 吕景沙 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alun Harmon kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Voyager Soccer Team's Ronaldão Silveira was substituted for Alun Harmon. 辽宁国际队 made a substitution. 赵峰默 replaced 温阳轩. Voyager Soccer Team's Cícero Leite was substituted for Alfred Owsiak. 辽宁国际队 made a substitution. 孟泉南 replaced 许迅适. A collision led to Voyager Soccer Team getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Alun Harmon hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Rybak in the 75th minute of play forced 辽宁国际队's goalkeeper 吕景沙 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 吕景沙 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson do Valle in the 77th minute of the match. 谢松冰 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Waldemar Quintal made a huge save. 吕景沙 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Rybak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, 辽宁国际队's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Rybak came free, but 吕景沙 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Ronaldão Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 吕景沙 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes in the game, 韩明铮 fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Waldemar Quintal having to interfere. Voyager Soccer Team's Waldemar Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 陆亮永 in the 95th minute of play. 辽宁国际队's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
