When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erland Björkqvist made a kick off. When Michel Persson fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Syrianska FF's protests and gave Michel Persson a yellow card for diving instead. Erhan İren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigvard Wahlnäs in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Syrianska FF booed when Teɱperłey Cɨŧy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Valentine didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Syrianska FF support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
