After 40 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Maria. Victorino Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Crăcană in the 41st minute of the match. After 45 minutes, Dumitru Zdrăilă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.C. Milan and the Piratas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes A.C. Milan got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Zdrăilă. Costin Giugiuc made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when David Aimar sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Piratas FC's zone, Dumitru Nichita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Gaufred came out of the goal and Dumitru Nichita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Birjaio kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, A.C. Milan's Flavius Dragotescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victorino Gaufred made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Emil Gheară left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.C. Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 88 minutes into the game, Lisandro Claude was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piratas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.C. Milan the free kick. In the 88th minute, Lisandro Claude hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorino Gaufred acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Flavius Dragotescu. Victorino Gaufred made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costică Chiriloaie in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Emil Gheară recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victorino Gaufred. Emil Gheară showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. In the 95thth minute of the game Costică Chiriloaie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
