After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético de Newell's zone, Erling Halgand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthieu Abelard came out of the goal and Erling Halgand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Club Atlético de Newell booed when TBSHOESS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Egoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olly Nethercot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Achim Miner came out and tried to block the shot, but Olly Nethercot slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Achim Miner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Alexandersen in the 20th minute. The audience was convinced that Olly Nethercot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Achim Miner was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 26th minute of the match, Bobby Bear tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Achim Miner saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético de Newell's goalkeeper Matthieu Abelard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sören Blomqvist made a great header on TBSHOESS's corner, it was just that Club Atlético de Newell's Matthieu Abelard managed to reach the ball for a save. Olly Nethercot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Achim Miner came out and tried to block the shot, but Olly Nethercot slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 36th minute. Achim Miner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Nazzaro in the 41st minute. Achim Miner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olly Nethercot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Achim Miner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amanda Hoffs in the 45th minute of the match. TBSHOESS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Bobby Bear scored to the left of an out of position Achim Miner, making the score, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Olly Nethercot made the kick off in the second half. When Club Atlético de Newell's Olly Nethercot in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TBSHOESS's goalie prevented a goal. Achim Miner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobby Bear in the 53rd minute of the match. Club Atlético de Newell were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after TBSHOESS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Harry Carson took the corner. 58 minutes into the match, Olly Nethercot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Achim Miner. TBSHOESS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olly Nethercot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 62 minutes into the match, Hugo Alexandersen notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of TBSHOESS's Achim Miner. Achim Miner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Achim Miner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olly Nethercot in the 66th minute of play. After 69 played minutes TBSHOESS got a freekick which was hit by Cumali Yiğit. In the 70th minute Hugo Alexandersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Miner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cumali Yiğit kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Erling Halgand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Olly Nethercot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Achim Miner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, TBSHOESS's Guillermo Egoi got a free kick in the 81st minute. Achim Miner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Alexandersen went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute Fausto Nazzaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Miner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Hugo Alexandersen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético de Newell fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. 93 minutes into the match, TBSHOESS's goal looked a bit too open when Bobby Bear came free, but Achim Miner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, TBSHOESS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Halgand to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Club Atlético de Newell players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
