In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Tigers's goalkeeper Tim Johnstone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CSKA-LULIN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niklas Örnberg in the 15th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Yanek Davchev got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. In the 19thth minute of the game Leopoldo Jacinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Tigers's Tim Johnstone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, The Tigers's Benji Murray got a free kick in the 20th minute. The Tigers's Tim Johnstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Jacinto in the 22nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, CSKA-LULIN's Badaz Tacco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tim Johnstone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute of the match, Leopoldo Jacinto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tim Johnstone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The Tigers's Tim Johnstone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save The Tigers from getting a goal against them. The Tigers made a substitution. Leopoldo Jacinto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Tim Johnstone when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mitch Furniss kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Mitch Furniss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Badaz Tacco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, The Tigers's Tim Johnstone got control of the ball when Mito Kulov tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Jacinto in the 87th minute of play forced The Tigers's goalkeeper Tim Johnstone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Jacinto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tim Johnstone was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. When the match was over CSKA-LULIN could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than The Tigers throughout the match.
