Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) CLC Winter's Alessandro Bertoni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. CLC Winter's Franco Bosso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Maiorga in the 7th minute of play. Gregorio Fagildo made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Alessandro Bertoni sent off a good shot on target. Ennio Di Iulio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Gregorio Fagildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Bertoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franco Bosso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrado Maiorga's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Enzo Oroni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregorio Fagildo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Dennis Berardi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLC Winter's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Berardi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Franco Bosso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Dalmau, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gregorio Fagildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Zoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Deportivo Diamante U18's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Zoff came free, but Gregorio Fagildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Diamante U18's Emiliano Maxin got a free kick in the 45th minute. Alessandro Bertoni kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Gregorio Fagildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Oroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When Sergio Presebal came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Deportivo Diamante U18 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Presebal couldn't finish the play. Franco Bosso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Maiorga in the 71st minute. Ennio Di Iulio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregorio Fagildo having to make a save. Gregorio Fagildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Bertoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Leonides Dalmau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franco Bosso was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Ciro Zoff's late challenge caught a Deportivo Diamante U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Zoff helped the player get up and apologised. Ciro Zoff hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The long shot by Lino Igon in the 87th minute really tested Franco Bosso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Bertoni in the 88th minute of play forced Deportivo Diamante U18's goalkeeper Gregorio Fagildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes Deportivo Diamante U18 got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Dalmau. Gregorio Fagildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Oroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
