An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarten De Malier in the 13th minute of play forced Nusaybin GençLikSpor's goalkeeper Serdar Ulualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Rıfkı Sefir suffered a concussion in the 14th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 14 minutes, Wawrzyniec Kissel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yolo and the Nusaybin GençLikSpor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nusaybin GençLikSpor made a substitution. Remo Teixeira replaced Rıfkı Sefir. Wawrzyniec Kissel hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Yolo's goalkeeper Wieslaw Dec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kong Jun Ying. A collision led to Nusaybin GençLikSpor getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Bilal Kabadayı hit a great ball. Serdar Ulualp came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Yolo's Wawrzyniec Kissel. But to his dismay, Wawrzyniec Kissel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 24th minute, Dariusz Moryl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bilal Kabadayı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Wieslaw Dec made a huge save. The supporters of Nusaybin GençLikSpor booed when Yolo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Kissel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maarten De Malier in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serdar Ulualp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Yolo's goal looked a bit too open when Gökalp Rakim came free, but Wieslaw Dec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Cristinel Iurea notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Serdar Ulualp. Serdar Ulualp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gökalp Rakim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th match minute, Yolo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Iurea to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Nusaybin GençLikSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Iurea came free, but Serdar Ulualp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yolo's Wieslaw Dec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Yolo from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kong Jun Ying got free with Wieslaw Dec in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Yolo's Wieslaw Dec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökalp Rakim in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Gökalp Rakim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wieslaw Dec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Bülent Turgay charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bülent Turgay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wieslaw Dec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kong Jun Ying in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Kong Jun Ying shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wieslaw Dec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yolo's Wieslaw Dec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilal Kabadayı in the 64th minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Gökalp Rakim made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wieslaw Dec was left in no man's land by his defense there! André Silva scored 2-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serdar Ulualp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, André Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yolo's supporters rose to their feet, but André Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serdar Ulualp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Burç Maruf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Nusaybin GençLikSpor defense, Cristinel Iurea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serdar Ulualp. The Nusaybin GençLikSpor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serdar Ulualp should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Yolo booed when Nusaybin GençLikSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Burç Maruf didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Nusaybin GençLikSpor supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yolo's performance. The match ended with a win for Yolo.
