Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mihail Pânzaru started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Mihail Pânzaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Maiorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Pânzaru in the 9th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loren Prats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolek Mlekodaj in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loren Prats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albino Maiorga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihail Pânzaru went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Mlekodaj came free, but Loren Prats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Pegaso's corner Jairo Valery fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Albino Maiorga quite easily take care of the ball. The throw-in from Ubaldo Bastian in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pegaso's Arnoldo Tibalt. Pegaso's Loren Prats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Mlekodaj in the 27th minute of play. Mihail Pânzaru scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albino Maiorga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the game, Tomás Idacio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pegaso's Arnoldo Tibalt quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pegaso's Arnoldo Tibalt managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tomás Idacio in the 38 minute of the game. Albino Maiorga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Pânzaru in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pegaso's Basilio Fidensio got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Loren Prats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Mlekodaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Jairo Valery was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pegaso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Pomelo Nenene the free kick. A collision led to Pegaso getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jairo Valery hit a great ball.

After 53 played minutes Pegaso got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Fidensio. Loren Prats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Bastian in the 54th minute of play. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Efren Dobale scored to the left of an out of position Albino Maiorga, making the score, 0-3. Pegaso's Mihail Pânzaru got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pomelo Nenene from getting a goal against them. Mihail Pânzaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Pegaso booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Pomelov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Pânzaru came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihail Pânzaru scored 0-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albino Maiorga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ton Meulman to maneuver through the defense. When Mihail Pânzaru came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Pegaso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihail Pânzaru couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Gonzo in the 95th minute of play forced Pegaso's goalkeeper Loren Prats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Pegaso could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo Pomelo Nenene throughout the match.
