Santos Montel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Sergius Ramus made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Justino Roland. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Santos Montel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sergius Ramus in the 27 minute of the game. In the 33rd match minute, Atlético Rio Cuarto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Abeitia to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match Sergius Ramus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernardino Dimas skillfully saved the ball. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Bernardino Dimas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Rio Cuarto from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Sportivo Luan Toro's Olli Fiedler dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Inautzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Roland in the 51st minute of play forced Atlético Rio Cuarto's goalkeeper Bernardino Dimas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Justino Roland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Luan Toro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Bernardino Dimas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Roland, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Bernardino Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olli Fiedler in the 69th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Atlético Rio Cuarto's Robert Davison threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santos Montel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Bernardino Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Roland in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Tiburcio Tabor hit a great ball. Sportivo Luan Toro's Ricardo Mendez was substituted for Alberto Fidencio. After 86 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Tabor. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Carlos Eduardo da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Rio Cuarto's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Eduardo da Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Davison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jo Barone took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardino Dimas. Bernardino Dimas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Bernardino Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Mendez in the 95th minute of play.
