Andriy Shevchenko started the match with the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 5th minute by Albert Jowsey got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 8 minutes into the match, Nantwich's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Mendes came free, but Enrique Hanot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Vatan Kambay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vatan Kambay in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Hanot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes into the match, Albert Jowsey notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of A.D Leônico's André Luiz de Barros. André Luiz de Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the game, Albert Jowsey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. André Luiz de Barros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute Andriy Shevchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Luiz de Barros made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Albert Jowsey sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Jowsey got free with André Luiz de Barros in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D Leônico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Örjan Berggren was slow to take the kick. During this time Nantwich's players had a chance to rest. Nantwich were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after A.D Leônico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Örjan Berggren took the corner. The corner ended in Örjan Berggren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A.D Leônico's André Luiz de Barros did a great save. With a little luck, A.D Leônico's André Luiz de Barros got control of the ball when Reynaldo Estebe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrique Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vatan Kambay in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nantwich's Örjan Berggren got a free kick in the 47th minute. 49 minutes into the match, Andriy Shevchenko notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Nantwich's Enrique Hanot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reynaldo Estebe to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andriy Shevchenko in the 67th minute of play forced Nantwich's goalkeeper Enrique Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vatan Kambay came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enrique Hanot could save by the left post. In the 70th minute Andriy Shevchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, Nantwich's Daniel Barck made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Luiz de Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vatan Kambay charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vatan Kambay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes A.D Leônico got a freekick which was hit by Vatan Kambay. In the 77th match minute, A.D Leônico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vatan Kambay to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, A.D Leônico's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Jowsey came free, but André Luiz de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.D Leônico made a substitution. Alfredo Catarinense replaced Vatan Kambay. It was a well-played corner which Albert Jowsey managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. André Luiz de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Ziemba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by 林悦傲 in the 99th minute of play forced A.D Leônico's goalkeeper André Luiz de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.D Leônico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
