An unexpectedly hard shot by Martín Cardetti in the 13th minute of play forced Inter de São Paulo's goalkeeper Kléber Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, TeamSystem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aktuğ Akdiken to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, TeamSystem's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio Loureiro came free, but Barbaros Bozbora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led to TeamSystem's Martín Cardetti getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 31 minutes into the match, TeamSystem's Martín Cardetti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kléber Salles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. TeamSystem's Barbaros Bozbora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laércio Loureiro in the 34th minute of play. Kléber Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökay Ongay, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Barbaros Bozbora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio Loureiro in the 40th minute of play. Inter de São Paulo's Laércio Loureiro got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Gerson Coelho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barbaros Bozbora was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gökay Ongay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Falcão de Queiroz in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by TeamSystem's Hakkı Devrim Felek. In the 57th minute Gökay Ongay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléber Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 minutes Inter de São Paulo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alişan Togay who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martín Cardetti in the 69th minute of play forced Inter de São Paulo's goalkeeper Kléber Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inter de São Paulo's Philipp Lahm was substituted for 杜寒镇. Falcão de Queiroz made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Predrag Djordjević. TeamSystem's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
