In the 3rd minute Alemdar Şahin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes into the match, Alemdar Şahin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremias Ledesma. Chimborazo A.F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alemdar Şahin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Alemdar Şahin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Ledesma having to interfere. A collision led to Chimborazo A.F.C getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. German Txatxu hit a great ball. Fidan SK's Feridun Vefai got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rauf Özalp struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Jeremias Ledesma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fidan SK. Rauf Özalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rauf Özalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd match minute, Chimborazo A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Cearense to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Ledesma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rauf Özalp in the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Aurelio Bernal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chimborazo A.F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fidan SK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chimborazo A.F.C's Aurelio Bernal got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Ronaldo Nogueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fidan SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 33rd minute, Ronaldo Nogueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Ledesma was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 36th minute, Feridun Vefai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fidan SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 38th minute, Napoleon Wolnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Chimborazo A.F.C's zone, Rauf Özalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Ledesma came out of the goal and Rauf Özalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Napoleon Wolnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Fidan SK were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Ernesto Pacifico made the kick off in the second half. Rauf Özalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Ledesma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 51st minute, Fidan SK's Rauf Özalp dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Jeremias Ledesma was a little too slow when Feridun Vefai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-7. Jeremias Ledesma made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Ivan Grivekov sent off a good shot on target. Rauf Özalp took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Ledesma. Jeremias Ledesma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 62nd minute of the match, Feridun Vefai got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeremias Ledesma was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 63rd minute Rauf Özalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Rauf Özalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremias Ledesma. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rauf Özalp got free with Jeremias Ledesma in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feridun Vefai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Feridun Vefai took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Jeremias Ledesma to make any attempt to save it. After 94 minutes, Zeledon Behe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chimborazo A.F.C and the Fidan SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zeledon Behe hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Rauf Özalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fidan SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
