TeamSystem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kléber Salles came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by TeamSystem's Martín Cardetti. But to his dismay, Martín Cardetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gökay Ongay to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, TeamSystem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günalp Uslu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Botelho in the 87th minute of play forced TeamSystem's goalkeeper Hasan Ceceli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Marquinhos Botelho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hasan Ceceli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Inter de São Paulo's goalkeeper Kléber Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute, TeamSystem's Martín Cardetti ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kléber Salles. Kléber Salles yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched TeamSystem eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
