In the 3rd minute De-la-Cruz Avecilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Wadham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, De-la-Cruz Avecilla made a precise shot to the right of Steven Wadham. KM Efektowni's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marcin Andrychowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diego Olasagasti's late challenge caught a KM Efektowni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Olasagasti helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Diego Olasagasti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona Sporting Club's zone, Marcin Andrychowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xulio Prats came out of the goal and Marcin Andrychowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes Barcelona Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Hector-Luis Laine. Jan Cizeski came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Xulio Prats could save by the left post. After 21 minutes Barcelona Sporting Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Artur Bendyk who took care of the corner kick. Artur Bendyk made a great header on KM Efektowni's corner, it was just that Barcelona Sporting Club's Xulio Prats managed to reach the ball for a save. Marcin Andrychowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xulio Prats having to interfere. A collision led to KM Efektowni getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Pawel Kornecki hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, KM Efektowni's Marcin Andrychowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Marcin Andrychowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcin Andrychowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Xulio Prats made a huge save. Marcin Andrychowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xulio Prats read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Xulio Prats successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcin Andrychowski in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xulio Prats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Borys Raflewski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KM Efektowni! KM Efektowni:s Steven Wadham showed great skill when he stopped Efrain Mascareñas:s penalty. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Artigue made a kick off. After 54 minutes of play, KM Efektowni's Pawel Kornecki made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xulio Prats was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Kornecki in the 61st minute of play forced Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Xulio Prats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wincenty Plachetka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Kornecki in the 70th minute of play forced Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Xulio Prats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KM Efektowni's Pawel Kornecki got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Lucjan Popowicz made a precise shot to the right of Xulio Prats. Barcelona Sporting Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 92 minutes into the match, KM Efektowni's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Artigue came free, but Steven Wadham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes KM Efektowni got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Kornecki. There was no doubt that KM Efektowni were the better team. KM Efektowni's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
