Yuri Tasso's late challenge caught a Real Calle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yuri Tasso helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Real Calle booed when XV de Piracicaba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tim Nyberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Remo Goiano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. After some careless play in the XV de Piracicaba defense, Benny Benno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fonso Zotillo. The XV de Piracicaba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fonso Zotillo should have stopped the shot. Wen Yong Sha kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Real Calle's Alexander Lingren got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lauro Souto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Tim Nyberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 44th match minute, XV de Piracicaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Novaes to maneuver through the defense. The XV de Piracicaba players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Calle were winning 1-2.

Benny Benno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Fonso Zotillo made a huge save. In the 57th minute Benny Benno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fonso Zotillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tim Nyberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Jurdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59thth minute of the game Gonzalo Jurdan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Calle's Tim Nyberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Novaes in the 62nd minute of play forced Real Calle's goalkeeper Tim Nyberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of XV de Piracicaba booed when Real Calle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Lingren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateus Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Fonso Zotillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benny Benno's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Fonso Zotillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Lorien in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Real Calle's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Capixaba came free, but Tim Nyberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Severino Capixaba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tim Nyberg was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Capixaba in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tim Nyberg saved Real Calle from getting behind. Real Calle's Timmy Krusfeldt was substituted for Alexander Lingren. In the 77th minute XV de Piracicaba were awarded a corner. Severino Capixaba went to the cornerflag to take it. Fonso Zotillo made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Benny Benno sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the XV de Piracicaba defense, Benny Benno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fonso Zotillo. The XV de Piracicaba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fonso Zotillo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 84 minutes, Dolfo Olmos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Calle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dolfo Olmos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Axel Sjöberg hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Real Calle's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Capixaba came free, but Tim Nyberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fonso Zotillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Wennersten in the 91st minute of play. Real Calle's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
