Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Taci Argün started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Taci Argün's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremy Nicholas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Edgardo Silva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jimeno Nevada was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jeremy Nicholas came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Magallanes's Taci Argün. But to his dismay, Taci Argün quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taci Argün got free with Jeremy Nicholas in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 minutes of play, New England Minas's Tony Pacheco made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimeno Nevada was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Rami in the 27th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Edgardo Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New England Minas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. A hard shot 35 in the game by Taci Argün from a close distance when the talented Jeremy Nicholas managed to make a qualified save. New England Minas's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taci Argün got free with Jeremy Nicholas in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Przemyslaw Niedziela hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Edgardo Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. New England Minas's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Nevada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Jeremy Nicholas managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Club Atlético Magallanes's Taci Argün fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 45th match minute, New England Minas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Nordmark to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in New England Minas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! Jeremy Nicholas had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Gavino Rami's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Gavino Rami received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jeremy Nicholas came out and tried to block the shot, but Gavino Rami slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 48th minute. Club Atlético Magallanes made a substitution. Manoel Barros replaced Tadeo Precioso. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Salvadore in the 55th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Rami in the 61st minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Manoel Barros heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Antonio Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. New England Minas's Zachery Church was substituted for Ye Gang Cheng. In the 76th minute Gavino Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Nevada came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by New England Minas's Edgardo Silva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Sierocki in the 82nd minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Sierocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes, Jan Sierocki made it 3-4 with a short kick to the right side. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Salvadore came free, but Jeremy Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Sierocki in the 92nd minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Salvadore kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Sito in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimeno Nevada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Magallanes's Przemyslaw Niedziela got a free kick in the 98th minute. The Club Atlético Magallanes manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing New England Minas to win.
