Clodoveo Isaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Pietro in the 16th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, pciclon's Filiberto Pietro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clodoveo Isaio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 19th minute Filiberto Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Isaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes, Guillermo Conrao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the pciclon and the Carta Vieja F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes pciclon got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Conrao. In the 24th minute Julio Goito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Isaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, pciclon's Delmar Katia got control of the ball when Rafael Tello tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th match minute, pciclon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Marino to maneuver through the defense. pciclon's Delmar Katia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save pciclon from getting a goal against them. Muhittin Terzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Haroldo Marino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute of the match Rafael Tello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Katia skillfully saved the ball. Delmar Katia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Sobenis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carta Vieja F.C.'s goalkeeper Clodoveo Isaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. pciclon's Delmar Katia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save pciclon from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Luis Sindo made the kick off in the second half. Delmar Katia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heraclides Palma in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Hector Sobenis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carta Vieja F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Sobenis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmar Katia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delmar Katia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heraclides Palma, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, Carta Vieja F.C.'s Edgardo Batista got a free kick in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Sobenis in the 81st minute of play forced pciclon's goalkeeper Delmar Katia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmar Katia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heraclides Palma in the 83rd minute of the match. A collision led to Carta Vieja F.C. getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Heraclides Palma hit a great ball. pciclon were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Carta Vieja F.C.'s much stronger midfield.
