Emil Hägg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoman Karaičić in the 8th minute of the match. Emil Hägg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoman Karaičić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Ifrim took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Staniša Šorgić. Staniša Šorgić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Radoman Karaičić scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Hägg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Denis Ifrim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staniša Šorgić having to interfere. If Adriano Croti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bajenland getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Silvério Toscano hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Siniša Ognjanović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, Silvério Toscano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Staniša Šorgić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Staniša Šorgić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fresco Sesse in the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bajenland's Robin Hansson got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Thornhill City booed when Bajenland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Hägg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoman Karaičić in the 44th minute of play. Radoman Karaičić in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emil Hägg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 48th minute, Fresco Sesse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Staniša Šorgić was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Thornhill City made a substitution. Damjan Stevančević replaced Momir Ćirić. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Thornhill City's Dejan Jovanić quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Robin Hansson, made in the 55th minute of the game. Emil Hägg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ninoslav Mijanović in the 62nd minute of play. Ninoslav Mijanović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ninoslav Mijanović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Emil Hägg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Ninoslav Mijanović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bajenland's Jonathan Lindsten was substituted for Adriano Croti. The audience was convinced that Denis Ifrim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Staniša Šorgić was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After 75 minutes Thornhill City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Walter Jean-Baptiste who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Walter Jean-Baptiste got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Staniša Šorgić quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The throw-in from Celino Alzerreca in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Thornhill City's Dejan Jovanić. After having played for 78 minutes, Ninoslav Mijanović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thornhill City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ninoslav Mijanović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ninoslav Mijanović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Hägg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ninoslav Mijanović in the 82nd minute of play forced Bajenland's goalkeeper Emil Hägg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ninoslav Mijanović in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Hägg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Ninoslav Mijanović put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Emil Hägg. The supporters of Thornhill City booed when Bajenland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Hägg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ninoslav Mijanović, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Wilhelm Alstedt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Staniša Šorgić skillfully saved the ball. Staniša Šorgić was a little too slow when Fresco Sesse got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 2-4. Bajenland's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
