After some careless play in the Fenerbahçe defense, Behçet Alp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nejat Küdüs. The Fenerbahçe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nejat Küdüs should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Portanares in the 13th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Nejat Küdüs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fenerbahçe's Nejat Küdüs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Di Giulio in the 19th minute of play. Rafettin Rekin hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Andriy Shevchenko took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nejat Küdüs. Nejat Küdüs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 26th play minutes Ryan Portanares shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Nejat Küdüs and just under the crossbar into goal. Nejat Küdüs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Portanares in the 29th minute of play. Fenerbahçe's Nejat Küdüs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Behçet Alp in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Behçet Alp in the 39th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Nejat Küdüs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Andriy Shevchenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farafulla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andriy Shevchenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 43 minutes of play, Farafulla FC's Behçet Alp made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nejat Küdüs was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Fenerbahçe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Farafulla FC were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andriy Shevchenko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Korcan Deryace came free, but Angelo Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Necdet Hekimhanlı got a free kick in the 56th minute. Andriy Shevchenko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nejat Küdüs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Ryan Portanares struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Nejat Küdüs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farafulla FC. Nejat Küdüs came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Farafulla FC's Andriy Shevchenko. But to his dismay, Andriy Shevchenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Nejat Küdüs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Behçet Alp went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the match, Behçet Alp notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Fenerbahçe's Nejat Küdüs. Nejat Küdüs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nejat Küdüs came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Farafulla FC's Behçet Alp. But to his dismay, Behçet Alp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Fenerbahçe's Nejat Küdüs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Fenerbahçe from getting a goal against them. Fenerbahçe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Farafulla FC the free kick. A collision led to Fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Doğuhan Başeskioğlu hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ryan Portanares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nejat Küdüs. That made the score 0-11 in the 87 minute of play. In the 96th minute, Farafulla FC's Ryan Portanares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nejat Küdüs. Nejat Küdüs yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. When the match was over Farafulla FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fenerbahçe throughout the match.
