The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gocmar FK's Arif Bilge Kınay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Allbom in the 7th minute of play. Arif Bilge Kınay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulrik Allbom in the 10th minute of play. Rasmus Gernberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arif Bilge Kınay having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Onur Kutulmuş got free with Oliver Lundin in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, İsa Akyüz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gocmar FK's supporters rose to their feet, but İsa Akyüz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oliver Lundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Doctors of Dental Surgery's Oliver Lundin got control of the ball when Onur Kutulmuş tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Onur Kutulmuş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doctors of Dental Surgery's Oliver Lundin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner ended in Sefa Necdet almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Doctors of Dental Surgery's Oliver Lundin did a great save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulrik Allbom was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Onur Kutulmuş in the 51st minute of play forced Doctors of Dental Surgery's goalkeeper Oliver Lundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th match minute, Doctors of Dental Surgery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Åke Hamnberg to maneuver through the defense. Oliver Lundin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onur Kutulmuş in the 59th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Sefa Necdet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Gocmar FK's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Gernberg came free, but Arif Bilge Kınay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliver Lundin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onur Kutulmuş in the 71st minute of play. Sefa Necdet's late challenge caught a Doctors of Dental Surgery's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sefa Necdet helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Doctors of Dental Surgery booed when Gocmar FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sefa Necdet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rasmus Gernberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 90 played minutes Gocmar FK got a freekick which was hit by Onur Kutulmuş. Gocmar FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Rasmus Gernberg scored to the left of an out of position Arif Bilge Kınay, making the score, 0-1. The Gocmar FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Doctors of Dental Surgery's performance. The match ended with a win for Doctors of Dental Surgery.
