Jose Poncio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jackson Millgate went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Evert Forsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Jose Poncio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 72nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nurkan Salah. After 81 minutes of play, Southern Thrashers's Cai Inestrosa made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jose Poncio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nils-Åke Biörnberg hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glenn Olsen in the 86th minute of play forced Southern Thrashers's goalkeeper Eliot Pfingst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Southern Thrashers's Cai Inestrosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Poncio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 92 minutes, Karl-Oskar Håning mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sånna goa grejer FC and the Southern Thrashers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle.
