The referee ignored Los Matadores's protests and gave Benicio Luken a yellow card for diving instead. The Los Matadores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernesto Cristos should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute of the match, Pars Kuray tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ernesto Cristos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
