Mariano Hulberto was slow to take the kick. During this time LanParty's players had a chance to rest. Kleanthis Tripitsidis took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Trevor Michaud. Trevor Michaud dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 12 minutes into the game, Juan Román cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Trevor Michaud was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16thth minute of the game Mariano Hulberto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but American Top Team's Trevor Michaud was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Matthew Dooley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the American Top Team defense, Juan Román kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trevor Michaud. The American Top Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trevor Michaud should have stopped the shot. Trevor Michaud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Hulberto in the 26th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Kleanthis Tripitsidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LanParty fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Kleanthis Tripitsidis put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Trevor Michaud. Trevor Michaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Hulberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kleanthis Tripitsidis was the one to do the kick off. Kleanthis Tripitsidis took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Trevor Michaud. Arnoldo Short's late challenge caught a LanParty's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Short helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd match minute, American Top Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Short to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kleanthis Tripitsidis in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trevor Michaud saved American Top Team from getting behind. If Mariano Hulberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Short was shown his second yellow card after 72 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 73 played minutes American Top Team got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Short. Trevor Michaud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Kleanthis Tripitsidis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Trevor Michaud was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the game, Juan Román cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. The supporters of LanParty booed when American Top Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clay Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball. American Top Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0.
