When Ara Simonyan fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Tigers's protests and gave Ara Simonyan a yellow card for diving instead. Ara Simonyan hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Yudha Hutasoit kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, PS Gunung Sindur's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Pochekanski came free, but Nyangnyang Darussalam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nyangnyang Darussalam stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khalel Al Motar's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 18th minute 何文震 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nyangnyang Darussalam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Coky Sugandi managed to get in a good position for a shot. PS Gunung Sindur's supporters rose to their feet, but Coky Sugandi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marian Oelke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd minute Mario Pochekanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nyangnyang Darussalam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Golden Tigers booed when PS Gunung Sindur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tubagus Sungkawa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Pochekanski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nyangnyang Darussalam having to make a save. Yudha Hutasoit hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Nyangnyang Darussalam came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Tigers's Darweesh Al Matrok. But to his dismay, Darweesh Al Matrok quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darweesh Al Matrok in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nyangnyang Darussalam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to PS Gunung Sindur getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Yudha Hutasoit hit a great ball. Golden Tigers's 何文震 couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for PS Gunung Sindur. PS Gunung Sindur's Nyangnyang Darussalam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Pochekanski in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Coky Sugandi got free with Marian Oelke in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Golden Tigers were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Pochekanski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, one of Golden Tigers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Golden Tigers. Golden Tigers:s Marian Oelke showed great skill when he stopped Coky Sugandi:s penalty. With a little luck, PS Gunung Sindur's Nyangnyang Darussalam got control of the ball when 何文震 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Khalel Al Motar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nyangnyang Darussalam was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. With a little luck, PS Gunung Sindur's Nyangnyang Darussalam got control of the ball when Mario Pochekanski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Golden Tigers made a substitution. Yaqoub Bo Resley replaced Haşmet Hicabi. Golden Tigers's King Sputore was substituted for Edinho Prata. The corner led Golden Tigers's Mario Pochekanski to fire away a dangerous shot which Nyangnyang Darussalam despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. PS Gunung Sindur's Nyangnyang Darussalam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save PS Gunung Sindur from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Pochekanski in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nyangnyang Darussalam saved PS Gunung Sindur from getting behind. Golden Tigers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 何文震 in the 71st minute. Marian Oelke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Coky Sugandi went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Nyangnyang Darussalam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Pochekanski in the 80th minute. Jens Billberg scored 2-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marian Oelke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mario Pochekanski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Nyangnyang Darussalam made a huge save. Nyangnyang Darussalam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Pochekanski, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91stth minute of the game Khalel Al Motar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PS Gunung Sindur's Nyangnyang Darussalam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to PS Gunung Sindur getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Jens Billberg hit a great ball. Jens Billberg hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Nyangnyang Darussalam stood somewhat misplaced when Mario Pochekanski came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 98 minute. The PS Gunung Sindur supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Golden Tigers's performance. The match ended with a win for Golden Tigers.
