DINAMO's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ysmael Marfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Nordström in the 13th minute of play. Ysmael Marfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Bufi in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ni Song Kang in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ysmael Marfil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Bufi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes DINAMO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Venancio Sesuldo who took care of the corner kick.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Bufi got free with Ysmael Marfil in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Irakliy Ozhogin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moise Vlădean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Traian Stoiculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 80thth minute of the game Ni Song Kang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ni Song Kang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ysmael Marfil was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game.
