The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 巩文铮 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Steven Homan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 邱霖义. The referee ignored SV Balverliefd's protests and gave Lisandro Heerckes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Lisandro Heerckes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Melker Gudmundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Balverliefd's supporters rose to their feet, but Melker Gudmundsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邱霖义 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
