Çağdaş Yuvakuran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Emerson Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emerson Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Primeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Adib Ovi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Emerson Ferraz made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Burgstaller came free, but Ovidiu Adrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Primeiro struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Emerson Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poli Timisoara.
