An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo De Matteis in the 6th minute of play forced Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Generoso Beloki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delta FS were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Vodka Stars 1949's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hélder Cavaco took the corner. When Andaka Mula came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Delta FS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andaka Mula couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Generoso Beloki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Generoso Beloki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo De Matteis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Geeraerts in the 17th minute of play forced Delta FS's goalkeeper Gualter Roriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute of the match, Paul Geeraerts tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gualter Roriz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Vodka Stars 1949 getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Santos Valladolid hit a great ball. Generoso Beloki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo De Matteis in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Curcio Alonso in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualter Roriz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Generoso Beloki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Álvaro Vilaverde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Curcio Alonso got free with Gualter Roriz in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Montaña charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Montaña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vodka Stars 1949's Nevada Lopez de Toro was substituted for Lucas Montaña. Lucas Montaña kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Delta FS's Gualter Roriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Delta FS from getting a goal against them.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Marcus Odin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delta FS's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Odin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Beloki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute of the match Delta FS got a corner. Vodka Stars 1949's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hélder Cavaco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Delta FS's Hélder Cavaco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Generoso Beloki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Curcio Alonso took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gualter Roriz. Gualter Roriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nevada Lopez de Toro in the 62nd minute of play forced Delta FS's goalkeeper Gualter Roriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Álvaro Vilaverde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo De Matteis in the 65th minute of play forced Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Generoso Beloki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Delta FS booed when Vodka Stars 1949 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicias Latousakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Delta FS fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Delta FS's Andaka Mula looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 69 minutes into the match, Vodka Stars 1949's goal looked a bit too open when Andaka Mula came free, but Generoso Beloki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Hélder Cavaco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Generoso Beloki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Delta FS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Kong Xi Liang hit a great ball. When Remir Martínez came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Vodka Stars 1949 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remir Martínez couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Vodka Stars 1949's goal looked a bit too open when Amedeo De Matteis came free, but Generoso Beloki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delta FS's Gualter Roriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Alonso in the 87th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Generoso Beloki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andaka Mula. After a rather tough play, Delta FS's Andaka Rača got a free kick in the 94th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
