The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, Lapachito's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Mena came free, but Julian Guillelme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Orlando Mena came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Jabones Tocadores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Mena couldn't finish the play. Romulo Montrelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Lapachito fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Lapachito's Feliciano Raitin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
