The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If 毛明昆 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rony Dudu hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th match minute, Proteu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naci Kıncal to maneuver through the defense. Paragüil FC's Luis Fernendo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Casimiro Ignatius but with some difficulty. The crowd rose to their feet as Paragüil FC's Artemio Oliveiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Casimiro Ignatius. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Gogo Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Ignatius having to interfere. In the 18th minute 毛明昆 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Hanni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artemio Oliveiro struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Casimiro Ignatius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paragüil FC. 26 minutes into the match, Rony Dudu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Paragüil FC's Silvio Hanni. Silvio Hanni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute Artemio Oliveiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Ernesto Garoa took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Casimiro Ignatius to make any attempt to save it. Silvio Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 毛明昆, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Paragüil FC booed when Proteu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hílton Vasconcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Hanni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Proteu's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Oliveiro came free, but Casimiro Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If 毛明昆 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Paulino Manni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute of the match Armando Piacentini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvio Hanni skillfully saved the ball.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rony Dudu made a kick off. Hílton Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Qu Wei reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Silvio Hanni. The goal made the score 2-3. Silvio Hanni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rony Dudu in the 60th minute. Silvio Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Paragüil FC's Rodrigo Reno got a free kick in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, 毛明昆 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvio Hanni. Paragüil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 毛明昆 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Casimiro Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Oliveiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Artemio Oliveiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Proteu's Hílton Vasconcelos got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qu Wei in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Hanni saved Paragüil FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Gagriel in the 76th minute of play forced Proteu's goalkeeper Casimiro Ignatius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Paragüil FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Amancio Txeru hit a great ball. Amancio Txeru kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Hílton Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Paragüil FC booed when Proteu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qu Wei didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, 毛明昆 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paragüil FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Qu Wei scored to the left of an out of position Silvio Hanni, making the score, 2-5. Proteu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
