After having played for 3 minutes, Veto Steller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Pachorra LSF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Veto Steller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Percival Munhoz came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller. But to his dismay, Veto Steller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, La Pachorra LSF's Nelson Cuevas got a free kick in the 10th minute. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Percival Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veto Steller in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percival Munhoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute of the match La Pachorra LSF got a corner. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Desiderio Dominix ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Desiderio Dominix almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Percival Munhoz did a great save. 23 minutes into the match, La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percival Munhoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veto Steller in the 25th minute of play forced Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's goalkeeper Percival Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Michel Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Percival Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Telo in the 28th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Costa. In the 35th match minute, La Pachorra LSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fernando Brasil to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Barbosa. After 41 played minutes Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG got a freekick which was hit by Flavinho Castro. Veto Steller took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Percival Munhoz. Percival Munhoz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Percival Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veto Steller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Pedro Vides made a kick off. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Breno Tasso in the 53rd minute. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Breno Tasso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eriberto Erlantz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eriberto Erlantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percival Munhoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Desiderio Dominix was slow to take the kick. During this time La Pachorra LSF's players had a chance to rest. If Veto Steller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Pachorra LSF made a substitution. Bernardino Isauro replaced Desiderio Dominix. A collision led to La Pachorra LSF getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Mateo Bastia hit a great ball. Percival Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veto Steller in the 77th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Veto Steller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Veto Steller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Percival Munhoz was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Percival Munhoz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Veto Steller put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Percival Munhoz. La Pachorra LSF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
