In the 5thth minute of the game Lyuboslav Penev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ferrocarrilera AFC's Rogelio Dei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 10 minutes of play, A A Arizona's Lyuboslav Penev made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogelio Dei was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute, Natã Pereira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Dei was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 14 minutes into the match, Ferrocarrilera AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Natã Pereira came free, but Rogelio Dei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lyuboslav Penev in the 16th minute of play forced Ferrocarrilera AFC's goalkeeper Rogelio Dei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A A Arizona were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Ferrocarrilera AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vitinho do Valle took the corner. Rogelio Dei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lyuboslav Penev in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthonio De Neuter in the 21st minute of play forced A A Arizona's goalkeeper Hu Zhen Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lyuboslav Penev took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Dei. Rogelio Dei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lyuboslav Penev in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Dei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogelio Dei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lyuboslav Penev in the 27th minute of the match. A A Arizona's Lyuboslav Penev managed to work through Ferrocarrilera AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Lyuboslav Penev dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Hu Zhen Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthonio De Neuter, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Falcão got free with Hu Zhen Hong in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rogelio Dei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lyuboslav Penev in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Dei saved Ferrocarrilera AFC from getting behind. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lyuboslav Penev to make the kick off. If Lyuboslav Penev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lyuboslav Penev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Rogelio Dei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hu Zhen Hong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthonio De Neuter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Filiberto Sotil the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ferrocarrilera AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Filiberto Sotil had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Ferrocarrilera AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of A A Arizona:s goal. Rogelio Dei had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Lyuboslav Penev's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 77th minute Lyuboslav Penev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Dei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hu Zhen Hong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthonio De Neuter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Humberto Bastos sped through Ferrocarrilera AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rogelio Dei. Armando Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute of the match Lyuboslav Penev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Dei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 86th minute Anthonio De Neuter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hu Zhen Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Walmir de Castro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ferrocarrilera AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A A Arizona the free kick. The supporters of A A Arizona booed when Ferrocarrilera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lyuboslav Penev could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Rogelio Dei however easily saved by the left post. Ferrocarrilera AFC's Rogelio Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lyuboslav Penev in the 96th minute of play. The Ferrocarrilera AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching A A Arizona's performance. The match ended with a win for A A Arizona.
