Ramón Toscano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When John-David Lee came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Seclantas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John-David Lee couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Matteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sigvard Termander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Seclantas AFC's Eleuterio Matteo in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MelissaMel's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes into the match, Mckinley Vadnais notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of MelissaMel's Ramón Toscano. Ramón Toscano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that John-David Lee's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramón Toscano was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 32nd minute, John-David Lee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramón Toscano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 36 minutes into the match, John-David Lee had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramón Toscano. MelissaMel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John-David Lee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Ramón Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteve Formerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Karlo in the 47th minute of play forced MelissaMel's goalkeeper Ramón Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the game, Frank Velasco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MelissaMel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seclantas AFC the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, MelissaMel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Velasco to maneuver through the defense. Sigvard Termander struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Ramón Toscano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seclantas AFC. Fabinho Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Carlos Balendin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramón Toscano made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Mckinley Vadnais sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Eleuterio Matteo took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Ramón Toscano to make any attempt to save it. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Mckinley Vadnais sped through MelissaMel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramón Toscano. 73 minutes into the match, Mckinley Vadnais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramón Toscano. MelissaMel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mckinley Vadnais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. After a rather tough play, MelissaMel's Dagoberto Albuquerque got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ramón Toscano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteve Formerio in the 80th minute. Ramón Toscano came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Seclantas AFC's Mckinley Vadnais. But to his dismay, Mckinley Vadnais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. 85 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goalkeeper Ramón Toscano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigvard Termander. Ramón Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John-David Lee in the 90th minute of the match. MelissaMel's Ramón Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mckinley Vadnais in the 92nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Seclantas AFC's Sigvard Termander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ramón Toscano. That made the score 0-14 after 96 minutes of play. Seclantas AFC played a much better game than MelissaMel and deserved their victory. The MelissaMel players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
