After 4 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Eder Llorente. Lech Blochowiak came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm. But to his dismay, Rene Rostholm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tours Football Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guy Jourdan in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Arif Çelebi Ergener's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nichlas Vesterdahl was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 27 minutes, Arthur Shelby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Randers A.F.C. and the Tours Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Arthur Shelby hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Tours Football Club's Arif Çelebi Ergener ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nichlas Vesterdahl. Nichlas Vesterdahl yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Arif Çelebi Ergener kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nichlas Vesterdahl. That made the score 2-1 in the 40 minute of play. After 45 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Gonsalvo. A nice corner shot did that Charles-Emmanuel Camilleri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nichlas Vesterdahl quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rene Rostholm to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Rene Rostholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lech Blochowiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aziz Koehler in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Lech Blochowiak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Rene Rostholm notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Tours Football Club's Lech Blochowiak. Lech Blochowiak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lech Blochowiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Shelby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tours Football Club made a substitution. Jim-André Van Landschoot replaced Charles-Emmanuel Camilleri. In the 70th minute Tours Football Club were awarded a corner. Guy Jourdan went to the cornerflag to take it. With an all-out effort, Randers A.F.C.'s Lech Blochowiak threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Radim Gola, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Randers A.F.C.'s Nik Frisendal was substituted for Radim Gola. Tours Football Club's Christophe Régnault was substituted for Ulysse Houssais. Lech Blochowiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nik Frisendal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nichlas Vesterdahl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cyrille Jenny went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. Randers A.F.C.'s Nichlas Vesterdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyrille Jenny in the 87th minute of play. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustin Hamet in the 98th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
