After a defensive mix-up in IFK Göteborg's zone, Beila Marcilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Wenerdahl came out of the goal and Beila Marcilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Beila Marcilla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Christian Wenerdahl when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Oriche Bouzon hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Beila Marcilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Wenerdahl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes in the game Bianco Arcari did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jens-Ove Lindkvist. IFK Göteborg's Christian Wenerdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Edorta in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute KяαdivÄch3 FC were awarded a corner. Ruperto Edorta went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led KяαdivÄch3 FC's Bernardinho Linares to fire away a dangerous shot which Christian Wenerdahl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, IFK Göteborg's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Edorta came free, but Christian Wenerdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andy Top received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Christian Wenerdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Beila Marcilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Wenerdahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. A collision led to IFK Göteborg getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Bernt Öfverman hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Ruperto Edorta sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and IFK Göteborg's Christian Wenerdahl didn't even have to move. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Ove Blomkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ruperto Edorta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the game, KяαdivÄch3 FC's Beila Marcilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Wenerdahl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Beila Marcilla kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Beila Marcilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the IFK Göteborg defense, Beila Marcilla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Wenerdahl. The IFK Göteborg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Wenerdahl should have stopped the shot. In the 68th minute, Beila Marcilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Wenerdahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. KяαdivÄch3 FC made a substitution. Virgilio Lawrence replaced Beila Marcilla. KяαdivÄch3 FC's Fabian Cubero was substituted for Ruperto Edorta. KяαdivÄch3 FC made a substitution. Ariel Osorio replaced Andy Top. In the 73rd minute, one of IFK Göteborg:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for IFK Göteborg. In the 81st minute of the game Mattias Kilman made a throw-in which Bernt Öfverman played forward. Christian Wenerdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Cubero, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 84 minutes of play, KяαdivÄch3 FC's Fabian Cubero made it 10-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Wenerdahl was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 97th minute of the game Bianco Arcari made a throw-in which Bernt Öfverman played forward. 100 minutes into the game, KяαdivÄch3 FC's Virgilio Lawrence nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Wenerdahl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KяαdivÄch3 FC fully deserved thier win.
