Coronel Paredes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Fredric Ahlén made a huge save. In the 19th minute Finninge Fotboll were awarded a corner. Henning Kempf went to the cornerflag to take it. 22 minutes into the match, Finninge Fotboll's goalkeeper Fredric Ahlén had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Zubiaga. In the 25th minute Germán Kanø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víctor Valdés saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Coronel Paredes got free with Fredric Ahlén in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germán Kanø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Víctor Valdés read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Calaflores FC.'s Samuel De Paula got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Germán Kanø cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Víctor Valdés was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 68thth minute of the game Manuel Zubiaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Finninge Fotboll's Fredric Ahlén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fredric Ahlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barros Cifuentes in the 71st minute of play. Víctor Valdés made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Germán Kanø sent off a good shot on target. If Germán Kanø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Finninge Fotboll players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Calaflores FC. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
